Agency Approval for Industrial Control Panels

At Staneco Corporation, we supply quality industrial control panels that are compliant with three types of Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listing marks, Canadian Standards Association (CSA) labeling, CE marks for the European Economic Area, as well as the Exida cybersecurity process certification.

Underwriters Laborartories

UNDERWRITERS LABORATORIES (UL)
Staneco Corporation has been a member of Underwriters Laboratories Industrial Control Panel Custom Builder Program since 1980. This allows us to apply the UL and cUL listing marks at our factory. Listed below are the three types of UL listing marks Staneco can provide.

UL 508A: The Standard for Safety of Industrial Control Panels. This is the most widely accepted standard for control panels in North America.

UL698A: The Standard for Safety of Industrial Control Panels Relating to Hazardous (Classified) Locations. This certification covers panels intended for installation in ordinary locations with intrinsically safe circuit extensions into hazardous (classified) locations.

UL NNNY: The standard for safety for industrial control panels intended for installation for hazardous (classified) locations.

CSA

CANADIAN STANDARDS ASSOCIATION (CSA)
Staneco Corporation has completed projects with control panels requiring CSA Labeling. For these projects Staneco works closely with CSA to make sure all requirements are met prior to the CSA inspection.
